This is a short one, and due to the...מסלול we took it might even sound familiar to another post here.
I met the guy at תחנה מרכזית (no hard feelings, he did come from out of town) and since it wasn't too hot we started walking. We eventually made our way to the Old City and, being an out-of-towner, he wanted to take advantage of being in Jerusalem and go to the Kotel. (okay, it might sound like two other posts here)
We took the shortcut through the Arab Shuk.
Got to the Kotel, each did our thing, probably sat down for a drink, I don't really remember.
On the way back, through the Arab Shuk, I noticed animal carcasses hanging from the ceiling. I was thinking, "Wait a minute...I know we were deep in conversation on the way but I think I'd notice hanging carcasses for sale". When I mentioned this to my date he said something like "Um...yeah, I think we're a bit lost".
